Hey kids and parents! Are you ready for an exciting summer adventure?
From 13th July to 14th September 2024, we invite children from Reception to Year 6 to take part in our Summer Reading Challenge! It’s a fantastic way to keep those reading skills sharp and have loads of fun. Here’s how it works:
- Sign Up: Visit Weston Community Library and ask to sign up. A friendly volunteer will give you a special collector folder to kickstart your Challenge.
- Read books: Set your reading goal and dive into any books you like! Whether it’s a magical story, an exciting adventure, or a fascinating non-fiction book, everything counts.
- Earn Rewards: Each time you finish 2 books, come back to the library. You’ll earn 2 special stickers! When you have read 6 books you will get your last 2 stickers, a certificate and medal!
